Al\u00e9m disso, antes de se cadastrar no Portal do Empreendedor, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da prefeitura para exercer o neg\u00f3cio num local espec\u00edfico, mesmo para quem vai trabalhar de casa, pela internet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quais_sao_as_responsabilidades_do_MEI\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quais s\u00e3o as responsabilidades do MEI?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Como MEI, a sua obriga\u00e7\u00e3o principal \u00e9 <\/span><b>pagar os boletos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, mesmo nos meses em que n\u00e3o houve faturamento. Os valores para quem \u00e9 do com\u00e9rcio e dos servi\u00e7os, mesmo digitais, \u00e9 de R$61,60 a R$66,60. Mas por que essa quantia? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ela \u00e9 a porcentagem sobre o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo correspondente ao INSS e ao ISS (Imposto Sobre Servi\u00e7os).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para quem trabalha com o com\u00e9rcio, como seria o exemplo de uma artes\u00e3 dona de uma loja virtual, soma-se o ICMS (Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os). Por isso o R$1 a mais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ao realizar algum servi\u00e7o ou venda de produto a alguma empresa, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 <\/span><b>obrigado a emitir uma nota fiscal.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> N\u00e3o h\u00e1 custo extra por isso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para emitir a nota, basta entrar no sistema da sua cidade. Isso quer dizer que a emiss\u00e3o de nota n\u00e3o \u00e9 realizada no Portal do Empreendedor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por fim, a <\/span><b>elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio anual de receita bruta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria. Todos os anos, entre 2 de janeiro e 31 de maio, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 de informar o seu faturamento &#8211; com notas fiscais ou n\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para ajudar na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, o Portal disponibiliza modelos de relat\u00f3rios mensais, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio segui-los.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se voc\u00ea faturar e n\u00e3o enviar o relat\u00f3rio, os fiscais da Receita Federal provavelmente v\u00e3o detectar e haver\u00e1 a possibilidade de acharem que se trata de uma sonega\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">J\u00e1 se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o arrecadar, dever\u00e1 preencher o relat\u00f3rio com o valor de R$0 e enviar mesmo assim.
